Integrate Product Strategy and Delivery Execution for Predictable Results
Finally—training built for leaders who integrate both worlds.
ICAgile-certified training programs that bridge product and delivery to eliminate handoff friction and forecasting uncertainty.
The question isn't whether handoffs exist—it's how they're managed and optimised.

ICAgile Certified Agile Project & Delivery Management (ICP-APM)
50% of information and knowledge is lost in across the product-delivery handoff
86% of employees cite ineffective collaboration as the primary cause of workplace failures
67% of communication errors stem from handoffs between product and delivery teams
Rework rates of 25-50% caused by sub-optimal handoffs represent the single largest inefficiency for software delivery
The result? Handoff meetings become battlegrounds. Roadmaps turn into wishful thinking. Teams build the wrong things efficiently or the right things impossibly slowly.
Our 'Middle Way' approach specifically addresses the costly disconnect between product strategy and agile delivery—using proven forecasting methods and handoff optimisation to deliver predictable, consistent results.
After facilitating 100s of handoff meetings across teams we're confident in how this course will significantly improve the flow of work from strategy to value realisation in your organisation.
"A lot of people just forget what the fundamental basics are and how to do them well, and if you can do them well you can apply them in any scenario."

A: At Source Agility we believe that IC Agile designed their programs to be delivered like this. We believe that providing participants the opportunity to use newly acquired knowledge in the workplace as they learn it is the best way to integrate it into your role.
A: YES, the program design allows for up to three classes to be missed; utilising your personal mentor time allowance and videos you can make up these missed classes and still be eligible for the IC Agile certifications.
A: If you provide us with 30 days notice we will give you a full refund. Less than 30 days' notice we will provide you with a 50% refund. If you cancel within 7 days of the course starting or during the course we, unfortunately, cannot provide a refund as we have to pay our trainers and mentors.
A: No, this program requires participants to already have some experience working in or around an agile team. The program does not cover the basics of agile, frameworks, or any other fundamental principles; it focuses exclusively on how to manager products and deliver outcomes.
