Why is the 10-week format better for mastering product-delivery integration skills?

Real skill mastery happens through practice, not cramming. Our 10-week approach lets you apply each new capability immediately in your current role, getting real results while you learn. By the end, you'll have both ICAgile certifications AND proven experience using these skills successfully in your organisation.

Q: What if I cannot attend all the classes; do I still get my certifications from IC Agile?

A: YES, the program design allows for up to three classes to be missed; utilising your personal mentor time allowance and videos you can make up these missed classes and still be eligible for the IC Agile certifications.

Q: I paid a deposit but unfortunately cannot attend; what is your refund policy?

A: If you provide us with 30 days notice we will give you a full refund. Less than 30 days' notice we will provide you with a 50% refund. If you cancel within 7 days of the course starting or during the course we, unfortunately, cannot provide a refund as we have to pay our trainers and mentors.

Q: I am completely new to product management/agile delivery is this the right course for me?

A: No, this program requires participants to already have some experience working in or around an agile team. The program does not cover the basics of agile, frameworks, or any other fundamental principles; it focuses exclusively on how to manager products and deliver outcomes.

Q: Do I have to do the whole course if I already have one of the certifications or am only interested in achieving one of the certifications?

A: It is recommended you undertake the full course to obtain the full benefits and experience the integrated curriculum; but exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss.
